Not all ranged characters have the tools to deal with melee champs, and not all melee champs have the tools to deal with ranged champs.

I feel like there are a lot of champs that should do that pretty easy. Like panth vs any ranged Mage that is weak early and scales well late game. Panth should be able to kill them in the first 3 levels and dumpster them from there, if he doesn't, the panth is getting shit on even if the land goes even bc he isn't doing anything with his strong period and the other champ will out scale panth.
