talon 2% ban rate ,imediate nerf.
others sit 94% LOL aka zed
talon is gated by mana ,increasing mana and ult cd was really bad,aside of that funnier is when i think rioter said `we waited talon popularity to reach higher so we could nerf him , 6% )

Jakra1 votesTalon is still a rather overpowering champion, dude. He can one shot a lot of people without giving much notice. At least with Zed he has an ultimate that can be countered to some degree, and he has clear visuals to show what he's doing.
As far as I'm concerned, if Zed wasn't so powerful now, Talon could very well be in Zed's place if given half the chance. In fact, I'm surprised Talon's ban rate isn't higher.
And I'm a Talon player myself.
