Sejuani was never put in the dumpster from her nerfs, the main outcry was over Riot saying "her seeing pro play for a month is enough, we want to bring Lee Sin back lol" and then sort of leaving her alone after that
she's come back to easily being an A-tier jungler, but i think she's a little less fun when she doesn't have top DPS in the tank class
