Gnar permaslow is so fun
He is pretty much one thousand times worse than ekko because there is a few moments where eeko doesn't actually slow you. He just permaslows you between is brainless 0 CD Q and infinite AA plus his ms boost from W.

I too enjoy being harassed without retaliation because the champion I am playing has no option but to try an all in but to prevent interaction he has an ms boost, slow and a gap closer.
