Camille, the last abomination
Once again, really doubling down your concept of 'If its kinda fun to play, but its absolutely toxic af to play against, we'll still ship it.'

And here's another example of "dumb shit people say about just about every single new champion that they haven't learned how to play against yet".

I agree with that most of the time, but there's not much 'learning to play against' a champion who can close a gap that is literally over half the distance from outer to inner turret.
That gapcloser is two-parted, clearly broadcasted, and takes around 0.5-1s to even do. Also, there's an indicator that appears at her E2 end range (the parenthesis shaped mark) that shows where she will land, letting you avoid said part.
It's all about playing around her windows of strength. Standard Camille engage is E-E2 for stun-auto for passive shield-Q1-back-W-auto-Q2, optimally.
E1/E2 are diagonal double dashes which make it fairly predictable to see coming. Q2 needs a 1.5s delay if she wants it to do any meaningful damage. W delay is around a second if I remember correctly, and doesn't slow on the inner half, nor does it heal her or deal additional damage on the inner half. Q2 only has a 3s window to be used, AKA, avoiding her range for those 3s ruins the majority of her "chunk" damage.
