start w on blue.... go to gromp... go to wolves... your lvl 3... you never needed to control your champ other than the initial click to attack
he does NOT need this much life leech... as soon as he gets low he wont die.

He pays for that life leech in other ways including having one of the lowest starting attack speeds with one of the highest attack speed delays in the entire champion roster.
