Remind me why Kha exists?

He has literally no fucking counterplay, he one shots anything that isn't Garen with his W on, he has no real downside, he's hyper mobile, he has passive stealth, he has sustain, his damage is all targeted... I don't understand why the fuck he exists. He can entirely ignore isolation at this point thanks to how much you've buffed AD itemization, so that's not even an excuse anymore.

Now he just goes into stealth and autos with duskblade resets. That's why i quit him. Rather sad considering even at his lowest i had 65% winrate on him. Now he rots just like my permabanned accs.
