Are there any plans for some new champions who focus more on individual strength over team based?

By new, i mean newly created, not reworked.

These champions would need to be able to 1 v 1 and come out better fairly often and have kits where hard CC is kept to an absolute minimum or complex enough to make it tricky to pull off in a team fight (no Leona level of easy to land cc). And I also think if they were not just a tank / skirmisher who either goes full tank or mostly damage with just a bit of tank would bring in some "newness" to the current trend which has gotten a bit stale for me.

Champions who have some level of solo potential but really shine in team fights. Think about Illaoi, Kled, Taliyah, Sol, and now Ivern, all have some solo play, but when they are group fighting, their full potential is reached. It would be interesting for a champion who actually preformed worse, while not becoming useless, in team fights and wanted to solo more often. The only exception might be Jhin because although he has he great team fight potential, he does not build with defensiveness as a main part of his kit (he might grab a GA or a Maw, but that is about it and not required/needed).
