why you delete?
What's the need? AP Champions benefit from
just as much, if not more, than AD champions.
- 51 to 106 base AD
- 53 to 104 base AD
So Anivia actually gets a stronger Iceborn proc than Jinx.

I dont understand your math. At all. Haha. Can you explain? Ty
Iceborn scales with the AD that a champion gets per level, so there's no way to make it do more damage. Because Anivia naturally ends up with more AD than Jinx, when she procs the sheen it deals more damage than when Jinx procs it.
Additionally, the only offensive stats that Iceborn has is it's AP.
This all combines to make Iceborn at worst equally valuable for AD and AP champions, and at best better for AP champions.
Lich Bane trades almost all the other stats that Iceborn and Trinity Force have for the AP scaling. Any other sheen item that scaled with AP would likely be favored over Lich Bane because of the extra utility it has, making it not a smart move.

Why the fuck does anivia end up with more ad than jinx?
... It's just 2 more, and it's because it doesn't really matter. When was the last time you saw Anivia build enough attack speed to have it matter?
