can this voli buff be a real one

I wasn't actually expecting a buff since I've had great performance with him this season

but since ur up to it can it be a real buff to address some of his pains

like how you removed more than 1k HP from his builds over the years and not compensated him for lost durability and damage, or how he's a fighter with no good use of fighter itemization whatsoever, or that his passive is awful at basically every point in the game after the first 6 minutes and it has a 2 min CD despite being out healed by certain basic spells

Suggestions, pick one

• raise base HP at 18 by about 3-400
• change R CD to 120/85/50
• buff literally anything about the passive and I would be happy
