consider this everybody her W makes her stand still and lasts for quite a short time and doesn't do all that much dmg
now consider fizz he has an E 1.makes him untargetable 2.mobilty 3.70% ap ratio if I'm not mistaken
which one is more balanced?
BioticBrony1 votesYou do realize it makes her immune to abilities and not untargetable. You can waste an ignite on her during that time and she won't be affected. And also she can hit vitals with this so it isn't too weak.
But yea she isn't op. She is close to being op but we shall see what happens.

BioticBrony1 votesFiora doesn't take damage while in this ability. None what so ever. Fizz takes damage that has already be set in motion like mal space aids or fiddle drain. Fiora just stops damage for 0.75 seconds. Thins can be thrown at her and she can dodge it and put those abilities on cooldown.

BioticBrony1 votesYou are not getting the point though. Fiora dodges abilities that are thrown at her denying any damage while putting abilities on cooldown. While fizz only becomes untargetable and any ability thrown at him will not go on cooldown and you can activate it again. Also it isn't dot abilities that damage him during it, it is any ability that affected him before he became untargetable.
Sure it makes stand still but she cannot take damage. And it isn't for damage either. It is a skill that makes her trade very well in lane, deny cc, and dodge abilities.

her kit is fine... easy to predict... her passive is what i really hate...
