They arent strong. Vayne suffered ever since marksman update and nerfs to BOTRK. She is one of worst ADCs atm. Zyra just got reworked but is still a bit weak. Lee sin buff was kinda needed as it boosts his shield (which scales with AP but Lee doesnt build AP) as it falls of lately. Fiora got gutted with all nerfs she received. Everyone knew she is in line for buffs like Poppy. Part about Shen i have no idea. Its just 0.3 reduction to his base hp regen. Nothing special.
