He is so weak,a good buff in my opinion is when he has ulted and uses Q (on champions obviously because if he could do it with minions he would be waaaaay too op) give him +5 seconds in R,this way maybe they'll stop calling him underpowered.. :(

His ultimate at level 16 lasts for 15 seconds and he can use Q every 2 seconds, assuming he hits a champion, you are proposing that his ult would last up to 40 seconds, thats not balanced, maybe if your proposition was shortened to +2 seconds but 5 is way to many.
Hmmm... Maybe make him get 1 second R extra for every effect on the champ nasus Qs. So if he uses Q on someone that has W,R and E on them nasus gets 3 seconds of R. To introduce some more skill to his kit as well.
