Why is Ivern's winrate not even budging after all his nerfs?

Just curious. Using my stats from champion.gg. It doesn't seem like they were really small nerfs or anything, so I don't get it.

Well, first off, use op.gg, not champion.gg.

Riot has stated that op.gg is much more accurate than champion.gg.

Second, shields are OP. Almost any champ with a shield is either sleeper or meta.

Notice Ivern's builds. Locket/Redemption is still overpowered, even if people stopped bitching about it.

Having an extra set of the combo is far too strong.

that champion is useless in solo que:))

its not budging because none of his nerfs stop him from counter jungling the enemy jungler into obscurity.

Nerfs to the jungle (making it harder to clear) didn't affect him and support items (Redemption and Locket) are quite powerful.

Also, he can donate Red and Blue Buff to his laners while retaining them and easily counterjungle his opponent.

so the nerfs happen this patch ?

and we are how many days into this patch ?

Because they didn't really touch the main problematic part of his kit, being the insanely low cool down of his shield allowing him to make himself and allies incredibly durable over the course of extended fights.

because other top jgs got nerfed too

Because Ivern is a champion based around utility, and riot tried to nerf the damage.

its almost as if a champion designed to do a specific task; is broken.
