Am I the only one who thinks Gragas needs to be toned down a bit, he's so strong right now and when full tank can 1v2 late game.

Honestly, Gragas is only powerful because CInderhulk is overpowered. He was pretty weak before it. Not sure if HE needs nerfs of if Cinder should be, or both, but do one or the other first. Don't want him to be the next Warwick.

While I will say he is a bit bursty, overall I think he's mostly okay. maybe reduce his burst a bit.
