I mean, Zed counters mages so if they become unplayable after MYMU he has no one to get fed on.

So it's actually a pretty serious nerf and as compensation I propose reverting CD on W to previous values and buff the bonus AD scaling to 30%.

I'm starting to miss the days when the worst thing mages had to deal with was Yasuo negating a spell every few seconds. At least you can usually have the chance to dodge his tornados.
