I play lower range mid lane mages, with my main being Viktor. I really need to play more Lux so I can deal with things like Xerath and Ziggs.

To do that, he's in tower range, and also requires Q-Auto-Auto.

We've all played Azir before. We all know bs when we see it.

It's not with his new range. He has to be insanely close to be able to do that. Very predictable move that you have to be either brain dead or almost dead not to punish.

It's still way too long. I just played 2 games of azir and he is still insane. Able to poke a guy sitting under their tower with no consequences, absolutely ridiculous...

I'm working on a story again. It's not related to league at all, except for maybe the name "riven" but that's it. Do you want me to notify you when I get a chapter or so done?

You do know that he is supposed to deal sustained dmg, and lowering his soldier duration will just hurt his role.

As much as you might think this is a good, its not. His early sucks. He cant reposition his soldiers fast enough early on. He deals shitty dmg, and his ulti is just a glorified anivia wall that deals dmg.

Azir needs those soldiers earlygame though.

He's about as weak as a Gangplank before the 10 minute mark (or before Azir grabs item 3108 item 3101 )

He was always a pain early game, there was no need for the changes because people couldn't play him. It's a kit you'll never balance between early/mid/late.

I remember when Azir's Q range was ridiculous, his soldiers could melt tanks in seconds and could almost one-shot squishies.

Play LB. I just played LB into an Azir, and even his barrier wasn't enough to do shit.

Land a chain, Q, R, Q win.

Suddenly his range, and early lane pressure doesn't mean shit when you solo him a couple times aha.

Some tips to beat Azir, GO IN ON HIM THE MOMENT HE USES HIS Q. You'll have a few seconds to get the damage lead, then can win the trade in the long run. I mean, if he misses his Q, or uses it to farm, use that Q CD to your advantage.

The problem is by his first few items, you only have like 3-4 seconds to engage and dissengage, and without the insane mobility LB has most other people can't 1) reach him in time or 2) get away in time to not eat a Q+auto+auto as you dissengage and lose the trade anyway.
