Are Twitch, Tristana, J4, and Sej ever getting nerfed?

When they're pick/ban in competitive and in higher elo solo queue for like 2 months maybe something should finally be done

The amount of times and kill me in 3 autos from full hp while being 900 miles away from me is amazingly unfun

Not to mention doing half of your health while he's full tank and trapping you with a magnetic field ult that seems to suck you into it even if you're not near it. Then does 75% of your hp with one rotation and 9 seconds worth of stuns (having a champ's damage scale with their own health is never a good idea btw)
