Thank you for taking the time to revamp what was for so long a dead feature and bringing it to life. I always enjoy the little things, and I love the new honour system. People in my games have typically been more friendly. Thanks!

I havent had a single extreme flamer so far, just trash talking and arguing which I myself am a part of I must admit. I would say that toxicity dropped at least 50%

thisgamegarbage1 votesI'm Canadian and pretty toxic before the new honor system was implemented. Seeing reward was key frags I tried not to be toxic and after a while it feels a bit like a habit to not flame. Where would flaming get me I'd ask? Sorry to break stereotypes.

reiko573 votesit made a big difference, i don't know if people care as much about the honor as- they think by not flaming, they won't get reported, won't lose honor and will still get the rewards. i like the system a lot for now, but once people get their rewards, will they still care? probably not.
ExcitableOyster1 votesI wonder about this too. When the first version of honor came out, people got the rewards rapidly. They scaled it so not everyone just had honor badges, and it was back to the old league. Same thing could happen here.

I mostly play normals, and most people I play with are in premades. I rarely every get honored.
In fact I had a game where our adc was feeding, and telling me to kill myself...after the game he was the most honored on the team turns out he queued with the other players and they're trying to get him leveled up I guess.

Stemw34 votesIn terms of key fragments the new honor system makes no difference at standard level. As long as you are above Level 2 which you start with, you get the key fragments with regular play. If you level up, you won't get additional key fragments (not counting the boxes unlocked at LvL3) according to the information page. So, if you don't ever get honored or punished and thus always stay LvL 2 you should get roughly the same amount of key fragments you got before the honor update.

Trolls would go premade to boost their honor level to give them free reign on game like Riot gave them free reign on Tribunal and Artificial Stupidity System Tribunal.

Varus is Yaoi2 votesI like the new changes to the honor system, like that you get rewards for being honored. However I understand that (a lot of) people dont like this change. They made the honor system pretty much competitive now, which isn't really the point to honoring. I dislike how you can only honor 1 teammate, and not even an enemy. Sometimes I have 2 teammates who did very good during the game, and I want to show that to them by honoring them. But unfortunately, now I can't do that anymore (I know I can just tell them, and I do, but I felt like the old honor system added a little flair to that). Same goes with an enemy: if an enemy player was really fun or challenging to play against, or if they made a very good play, or if they were just being plain nice to me, I would want to honor them as well. And again, now I can't do that anymore.
TL;DR I think the honor system would be better if you could honor multiple people, including enemies. So it would be basically like the old system, except with the added rewards.
But this is just my opinion of course :)

HeartFlame1 votesI just had this great game on 5v5, queued solo, we were losing so hard and we managed to collectively pull it round with a great attitude and a refusal to belittle our fellow teammates who weren't doing so well. Ended in a victory and I got 4 honours. Feels good man. Like really. I wholeheartedly agree that this is a great move by Riot.

Since the new honor system came into play I feel like I've had even more people jumping down my throat when I recall for being low on health, mana, or both. I also don't particularly like that I can't honor people on the enemy team and I can't honor multiple people on my team...assuming I had one of those rare good games. :/

Charles Sweeney1 votesIve had the same amount of Toxicity but the amount of people getting Suspended is alot higher, had a Nunu yesterday that just followed the jungler (me) around smiting and taking every camp i would try to farm,after the game my friend and i reported and he got instantly banned, this is just the most recent case of me getting the message saying someone i reported was banned and it is a great feeling.
