That's a huge ass buff to her early game. Auto + Auto reset from Q is an almost instant w proc and they increased the early game base damage on it. They nerfed Vayne back in Season 3/4 so she could specifically not get instant w procs off. Are they high

Post buff Akali is still lower in every statistical case than Vayne is currently. She has a fractionally lower win rate, a lower pick rate by a lot and a lower ban rate.

These are very different cases.

Still, those buffs are probably ricklessabandon's ideas. The same guy who decided that buffing waveclear and nerfing damage on an assassin was fine. The same guy well know because he kinda ruins every champion he touches. The same guy who works in Riot's balance team, but almost never plays and doesn't like the game.

I don't want to be that guy, bugs aside all those changes are going to live. Remember when LB W gutting was "extremely experimental"? Lol.

Nothing to do with gunblade you dont even want to fuse revolver early on and later on protobelt is better unless vs heavy poke teams without ocean / vs something which needs to be instaggibed like fed vayne

I think it's specifically supposed to solidify her as a tank buster.

Her Q no longer critting means she can't 2-shot other squishies anymore. The minimum damage on her silver bolts was also reduced at higher ranks, making them less effective VS squishy targets.

The healing will mostly be substantial when she kills tanks, since it's based on her target's health.

Don't get me wrong, I'm raising my eyebrow too... But I see the direction they're trying to go.

There's nothing saying her Q can't crit. It says the bonus damage can't, so she'll likely still crit with the base damage anyway.

Yeah, but that won't be any worse than a regular crit. It was the bonus damage critting that made her burst squishies like an Assassin.

frankly i don't understand what the fuss is about considering the double proc on the Q is a BUG.

so taken that into account the bonus dmg from Q no longer crit ? it is a nerf period and a big one at that.

The W gain up to 2% of max hp....omg now you're gonna die because of that....plz give me a break will you. how is 2% extra % spread on 3 autos (which means an extra 0.66% per autos) broken ? Even on a 3Khp target that's 60extra dmg on the proc or an extra 20 dmg per autos. that barely qualify as a proper buff when put in perspective with the Q nerf.

the R : most of the time vayne is already either dying or killing everyone. You're essentially making a fed vayne even harder to deal with while not increasing her easiness to snowball at all. I don't know what to think about this buff that is quite strong indeed But I find it quite odd and I play vayne a ton. To be honest I don't like it.

It's not. Her Silver Bolts can be applied in 2 AAs now and deals more damage, she'll burst squishies just as hard and tanks harder.

what the duck, this better be followed up with R loses all bonus movement and AD ratios on active or vayne loses all true damage effects vs those within a similar HP threshold as her.

Seriously if these changes go live she will be pick, ban or lose tier and somehow that won't warrant a hot fix...
