What to do as adc when support is useless in Lane?

I just had a REALLY bad game.

I as jinx, with an alistar support, against vayne with a Janna support.

Basically Janna started shield and alistar started Q. The entire level 1 consisted of Janna hiding in brush, shielding herself, running straight at me to harass while i tried to cs, then returning to brush. I tried to just farm the first time but her 3 autos wrecked my health bar. I tried to fight her back the next time, but my 3 autos barely broke her shield while again her autos wrecked my health bar. Before i knew it i was at half health, and vayne and Janna proceeded to try to zone me, which is when alistar finally decided to do something by running straight at them to try to land a q, got kited and was killed. I proceed to try to recall under tower, have to cancel because their jungler shows behind me and was going to dive me, i ping for assistance but about 20 seconds later they get the minions to turret and dive me without anyone on my team coming to help. Vayne 2-0 and up about 20cs, games over (worse yet is my top and mid were both wrecking Lane pretty hard, but their adc and jungler just carried harder).

Anyways, I'm lost after this game. I've tried to think about what i could have done to not feed that game (let alone win) and I've got nothing... seems more and more that bot Lane is 100% decided by the support and if yours is forced as last pick and doesn't all-in or poke or do something to protect you while you farm, it's going to be a bad time.

So two questions, may be similar:

  1. what can you do when your support stands at turret while the enemy support pokes you in Lane?
  2. how do you play against a Janna that shields herself then pokes you while the enemy adc is way out of range to engage on?

haha this is in the wrong forum. but if your support has no presence. you just do what you can to wave clear and farm. generally enemy adc/support will make positioning mistakes and you can slowly overtime punish them. generally speaking though all your support has to do is be a threat by positioning the threat. alistar generally doesnt do well in lane unless he can get good combos off at the right time. as jinx..what you wanna do in this situation is probably just switch to rocket...clear the back line minions as fast as you can while you take that guaranteed harass and switch to mini to fast clear the small minions. also know that janna auto range is tiny and if she shields herself that means she isnt shielding the enemy adc. as jinx you vastly outrange vayne so get some cheap shots on vayne while your janna hits you. dont try to hit whoever has the shield. just back off until it wears off or you have enough dmg to burst through it. even if you take some dmg from the janna, you will get dmg on the vayne and it evens out. cuz the vayne shouldnt be able to trade back if you keep kiting back with your range on her. alistar should also just headbutt the janna away level 2 every time she tries to do that. and if he does after she wastes her shield on herself..then you can get free damage on vayne. this is honestly more you than your support, but if you have a non existent support..you can still win lane.
