since months you didn't say anything about him, ignored anything that pointed out his problems (ambush vs thrill of the hunt) counterplay, or healthiness (burst from stealth) or anything
why? why is that? he's been like this for 10 patches now

Ofc the stealth + ult. Taking away the bonus ad and reduce the range would be a dencent chamge imo for the time being.
He no longer rushes botrk. Zeal and bf sword is the standard build in the botlane. Brings a far earlier powerspike. Not to mention runaans gives crit now.
A decent early game, none of the late game hyper carries have a terrible lane phase. Why the hell can the likes of ez and twitch jungle... two late game carries have better clears than most bruisers
Support items. Won't say more on these we all know the issues with them.
Most bruisers and assassins are atleast considered weak.
As I said in my original post there are clear problems with twitch, but hitting him with nerfs is just a plaster (bandaid) on greater problems with the overall game.

It has the obvious synergy, stacking passive on multiple people for Expunge, but its outright broken because it makes his AA with ulti hit anything in a 200 degree arc in front of him. Yes, it hits stuff that is technicly behind him.

Watch Annie here. Twitch is ulting-attacking at Sivir. Not only is Sivir a large distance away from Annie, Annie is actually behind Twitch here, but hte hurricane bolt still hits Annie.

JJI7441 votesWhether or not its intentional or a bug, it is how it currently works. Hurricane lets you hit targets no where even remotely clsoe to your actual target.
Plus it makes the ideal situation (two or more targets in a row) strange since you do more damage to the target your not actually aiming at. (The secondary target gets hit by the ulti-shots and hurricane bolts)

? They were designed around being a Jungle-Based ADC, they'd have to rework them again if they decided Marksman champions had no place in the Jungle.

An assassins AD which is a cool concept not many ADs get to have, a poison stacker, also a really cool concept for ADs, or a generic team fighting AD. He has 2 cool aspects that we should focus his power on and sap a lot of it from his ultimate and give it a different purpose. The ultimate is where I think he finds himself being too strong in combination to his cooler aspects, the stealth and the poison stacking.

I say change his poison to no longer be true damage and deal less damage to a healthy target but deal more damage the less HP they have.

And there's always a top tier ADC, it's a simple matter of meta rotations. If Meddler had said any of these things, you would have downvoted and quotemined him.

This is an F2P company, and so they have to make sure whales are happy and feel secure, so that Riot can milk them most efficiently. Jivewolf1 votesI've always said twitch was way over powered way back when lethality got nerfed and crit items got buffed. Legit the only nerf they gave him was the mana cost to his bomb. Thats not the problem the problem is twitch can assassinate your whole team just by clicking R. I so relate to this post, I have no idea how he wasn't nerfed more when crit items were buffed. Such an aids pick or ban champ.
