Nerf the "Perfect" Rift Herald

I understand Riot wants Rift to be able to get more than one turret and I support that, but I just had an even game where a Lux DC'd at the 15 minute mark and me, the jg, and the top laner ran it down mid with it after the enemy top/jg died. And went from outer mid tower, to literally the nexus, and almost ended it right there. This was an even game, mind you. The Lux came back shortly after and the game was just over.

Now I'm not saying that they didn't make mistakes that led to this as well, but that's just too much for a couple early deaths and a late rotation by the bot lane. Rift herald should be an easy 1 tower, and a 2nd tower if the right conditions are met, but it should never be 5 towers and an inhibitor. After the 2nd charge, it's damage should be greatly reduced. Even though I benefited in this one, I've had games where the enemy team took like 5 towers on us because they were ahead and got the "Perfect" rift herald. At that point the game is over. Rift is not supposed to be freakin' BARON NASHOR. This needs to be looked at.

i didnt even understand the herald changes... even before herald got changed to the point where someone can spawn it on a lane. it was a important objective for me.

everytime i did him while nobody of enemyteam cared this i gave my toplaner a free lane win/push over few minutes .... tis herald is now 2 stronk .

Um, what was team team doing while Baron Jr. was pushing? I'm interested to know since if the team actually responded to it it could have been stopped.
