What am I supposed to do for vision once I'm full build and have a sweeper?

I can't buy wards since I don't have space in my inventory and since I'm at low elo my teammates rarely even upgrade their trinkets and supports often don't even buy sightstone. Should I just start to buy sightstone whenever I just even if playing carries like Khazix that way I don't get stuck with zero vision late game because my team doesn't know how to buy an upgraded trinket.

Perhaps instead of getting Sweeper I could just upgrade trinket ward and use Raptor smite in place of Sweeper?

upgrade the yellow trinket and every time you can smite the chickens
