GJ on completely missing the point.

Of course newer champions will generally be more relevant and thus better because they are created to fit better into or add to the current meta. Old and outdated champions, especially ones who don't get updates, will automatically be behind unless the meta reverts back into a similar state it was when they were newer, which is unlikely.

The point is Jax needs an update, not that newer champions necessarily need nerfs.

Jax is an ancient champ while Fiora is OP because of old and stinky builds from other champs. So I don't get your point here.

It's not though. Jax can move while using his e, and can use it to reliably aoe stun. Fiora can only counter stun with a skill shot. Jax is viable with ap, ad, and both. Jax is binary; he's hitting you or he's not. Fiora if you deny vital procs, her damage drops quite a bit. Jax has higher dps where fiora is more bursty.
