Does anyone else have the same problem?

I don't know how, but for nearly 10 ranked games in a role now I don't get my first intent mid, always 2nd intent. And sometimes my mid teammate does not have mid first intent either. And the queue time is about 1min 30 sec every game, which does not make sense. I'd rather wait longer to have mid position.I'm not saying I can't play other roles, but this is tilting me so much and i start losing almost every game.
