I feel redemption is overpowered

So this item gives 400 health, =a giants belt, 75% health and mana regen, heal/shield power and 10 cooldown reduction. The active, heal ally champ and also deal true dmg to enemy, which makes enemy almost impossible to fight in the active area. Huge zone potential, and heal, and CAN BE USED WHILE DIED! So how can this item only costs 2100? I know this item is designed as a support item and supports don't have that much gold but common, 2100 is just way too low for an item like this isn't it?

No, just a rough estimate of the stats (which is always more than the actual value as the higher tier the item goes the less you pay for the stats) Ex item 1036 item 1036 item 1036 item 1036 =40 ad and costs 1400 while item 1038 =40 ad and costs 1300

Just a rough estimate of the stats shows that Redemption is worth about 2,225,which is in line with the 100 difference you can expect to see and the items tiers go up and Items are SUPPOSED to be gold efficient and the actives are supposed to not increase the prices,(there are plenty of exceptions you pay 2200 for about 1500 worth of stats for item 3190

The sad thing is. Neither team seems to know it exists so unless I am playing with my friends, half the time both teams seem to ignore the circle on the ground.

Watching a team fight happening. Drops AoE on my team they all run out (even if they were near the outer edge and at like 3/4 hp) of it enemy team keeps pushing into it.
