Give zoe her waveclear back a bit while still keeping the low aoe damage on her Q on champions.
So shes still mostly single target and her Q can be blocked by everything but atleast she can play the game early-mid and can function as a mage in sieges and such.
This change alone would maybe put her at 44~% win rate (from 39%), which is something i suppose.

i would just revert Q damage nerf it was beyond stupid
or at least increase E damage, it would be done since it doesn't have 30% cdr in it anymore

Removing the AOE damage to champions seems fair since her Q is a skill shot. It makes sense that for champions it should damage who was actually hit, not who was in the area.
She's also supposed to be a high damage champions. I feel like she should have more damage when she can E-Q-R-Q a champion right. Why not reward her for hitting her skill shots.
In return her E and R should have higher cooldowns so if she misses the enemy has more of a chance to punish her for it.

She's meant to be a high damage high waveclear champion. They took away one of the essentials that is her.

it's the only thing about her nerf making her complete trash, it needs to be reverted back to the original, or some of the damage from her aoe bonus passive damage should be returned AT LEAST for damage to minions
