So counter play to brand?

I am being so serious. He is literally so strong. I have only ever beaten him with annie and i feel like it was luck. What is his counter play? This isn't a "oh Q.Q opop thread" I am being serious

He has no mobility what so ever. If he blows his stun, or falls behind, any number of assassins can simply jump on him and melt him.

If he doesn't blow his stun either he's playing really safe, or he's going to run out of mana shortly, so he won't have a stun anyway.

If you don't like that approach you can play super safe yourself and play someone who has higher range than he does. Just make sure whoever you pick also has good wave clear.

Yeah but his damage is ridiculously high o.o what if he has stun on an assassin?

Then the assassin failed to avoid it using their mobility and/or prediction and/or creeps (to body-block it).

As with most champions your job is to deal damage to them while not taking damage yourself.

So honestly all I can say is get some early boots and dodge. There are a lot of champions out there that, if you get hit by something, you'll proceed to take a ridiculous amount of damage. Dodging aoe abilities and skillshots is a skill that everyone needs to learn.

Galio. Build mr and spirit visage. In lane, runic shield yourself when he pokes and he will literally be healing you off his passive.

Play yasuo If you're good with timing and know brnds kit well enough, Quicksilver to get out of stun, and zhonyas for his ult if you're AP. The only thing you cant really counter is his E aside from staying away from him. Its pretty much up to you to dodge Q and W. Also I like to pick mages that out range him either that or play Viegar I guess.

Currently? Pick Zed or Yasuo and enjoy the free lane. Xerath , Leblanc also come to mind if you want AP.

if you want to hear about counterPLAY, you should provide your own pick too. Every champ has his style, are we supposed to list a style for every champ in the league?

PS. The Annie matchup is actually Brand favoured as he is pretty tanky naturally, has longer range and the ult can use Tibbers to jump back and forth.

He has counterplay. I mained him, and he has counter play. Before i mained him i figured out his limitations, and once i started to main him it was easy since i knew how he worked.

He is 1) immobile. 2) CDs. 3) mana reliant.

Position well. Poke or harass while abilities on cd. Go in when he is oom or low on mana. Repeat.
