PSA: It's 2017 and 1 Player Can Still Troll Champ Select Without Any Negative Consequences

Gets autofilled in a role that they don't want? Doesn't matter, they can lock in whatever champ and ignore role selection, forcing another player in the lobby to take his spot (usually support). Or he can just lock in some troll support, like Camille or Yasuo (last two games had these selections for me, I was ADC). So what are my options?

1. Just play the game and risk a 20LP loss, knowing full well that the game will be a miserable experience.
2. Dodge and lose 3-5 LP and wait 5 minutes before I can queue up again, hoping that I don't queue up with another troll who hijacks champion select.

These two options are pretty fucking shitty tbh. It's a lose lose situation for the player that is using the champ select correctly and an absolute win for the troll. He/she doesn't lose LP, can requeue immediately and do the same fucking thing all over again if he/she doesn't get the role they want.

It's bullshit that we are in 2017 and Riot Games STILL has not even acknowledged this glaring issue. I've played since the tail end of season 2 and 6ish years later we are still struggling with this issue. Possible solutions?

1. Give my teammates and I the ability to report during the pre-champ select screen. Hopefully this will dissuade these elo terrorists from sabotaging the game before it even starts.

2. Give my teammates and I the vote to kick option. I would MUCH prefer waiting in queue another 3 or so minutes and spending another 5 or so minutes in another champ select screen to have a real game of league of legends rather than spend 20 of my precious minutes being wasted because some entitled asshat didn't get the role he wanted, so he gets a free pass to do whatever the hell he wants.

This NEEDS to be fixed. There is no excuse why there hasn't been a statement from Riot about this kind of behavior. It ruins games before they even start and there is no way for the good guy to come out on top in the situation. It's a terrible feeling when you have no control and you just swallow the 20lp loss with the rest of your team.
