Am I the only one that thinks both 
and 
sucks? I rarely see anyone building them and they are not really attractive to me. The dash on protobelt is cool but the item lacks stats that it hardly makes it worth it.
The active on is useless to the point where it might as well not even have an active. And it not like we really need another slow item.

The dash looks cool, but it is so slow and short that after taking mini-silence into account you are most likely not gaining anything compared to walking on foot, and active's damage is not nearly enough to make up for damage you lost by buying Protobelt instead of actual item.
GLP was basically designed to be a noobtrap, so that pre-30 Zed's have easier time dealing with Cho'gaths.
