DO NOT TALK IN GAME TO ANYONE mute your /all chat to avoid useless trashtalking with enemies mute all your allies if they trashtalk, slap yourself if you trashtalk Talking will make you less focused on the game, and make your allies losing time by replying to you this is just a waste of time just focus on the game and win, do not even try to give them tips because i never saw someone listening to an other player in a game Applying this tip will make your win rate rising by at least 5%
DO NOT PLAY FOTM CHAMPS IF YOU CAN'T PLAY THEM

if you can't land Q, insec someone or manage your passive?
Just play a champion you're good with ,even 
i don't think there are any champions <50% win rate on mains
Try to play a least 2 champions per role, that way if an ally is autofilled you can replace him and give him his best lane while you can manage to play the role the team needs. The ally that got autofill can still lose his lane on his best role (happened to me quite some times) but at least it increases the probability of winning this is true if you're good enough to replace him in the role, and therefore having more skill
Try to use the first pick adventage
This is all you need to win if you have the requiered skill to get past a tier
