Hard poke brings him down pretty hard. Cait and Varus are great for it because of their range and Jhin's low mobility when he's attempting to trade.

When he is reloading, attack him with an ability or two with an aa or two. During his 4th shot, back off.

Not much you can do about his Q. If it hits u first, good, if it hits you last bad (especially if it last hit minions). He can casrt more abilities than mages, do he will spam a lot. But most Jihn can barely land skillshots.

Have you tried to hard cc him when he is reloading?

use long-range poke and attack him when he is reloading or right after he reloads. just make sure he doesn't get his 4th shot on you.

Only his crit hits hard. You probably eat his Q + W.

Usually good poke and hard engaging during reloads. I like Cait into him, if he wants to trade he has to take shots for it.
