Lee Sin's ult is a targeted 200% bonus ad nuke
Reworked Poppy's ult only has a 90% bonus ad ratio and is a channeled skill shot. Rito plz at least 250% bonus ad.

yes, poppy needs more damage scaling so we can play her as the hypercarry she was meant to be
On the off chance that you're serious, I dont think you understand how much of a 'Fuck you' Poppy's ult is right now. It doesn't just take someone out of a fight, it takes them out of the bloody lane.
Nerfing his ult would make his early game shit, which would ruin him. He's already at a 47% win rate for a reason. His early is good, but he does 0 dmg late game
