[GAMEPLAY] Deathfire Touch does not work with Teemo Mushroom dot.

The poison dot applied by Teemo's toxic traps does not apply the deathfire touch dot.

Deathfire touch does work with other champions dots so I believe it should work with Teemo's dot.

To reproduce have a champion set off a Teemo shroom and watch that champions debuff bar to see that deathfire touch is not procing and watch the damage to see it is not applying. This is reproducible every time.
