Been seeing her a lot lately and everytime i have the issue of her jumping on my face and blowing me up. i feel like i cant kite her cause she dashes on a minion and stuns me so i try and run then she dashes to me again so i kite back then when she is leaving the trade i try to get some dammage in but her stun in back up and then she bursts me out. i dont know what she is weak against.

Targon1 votesImo, medium/long range burst mages with stuns/roots (even though she has free tenacity) can punish her pretty hard, but of course, they're rarely taken into the top lane :c.

, you should do fine/ BUT of you actually want a top laner 
will almost always destroy her. The trick is, if you can just get her around half health, as soon as she q's you CC her so she cant hit e and stun you, then you can full combo burst her and she will die.
EDIT- She does have lifesteal so in case you cant 100-0 her, grab ignite so she can't heal.
