Screwing up Eve's early game while failing to acknowledge Vayne's.

So, as you all know, Eve got hit with another nerf on the PBE today. A 20 damage reduction to Ravage at all stages of the game.

This is really confusing to me. She already got hit with a Q nerf, which we Evelynn players had to suck up, now she gets hit with her early game clear and late game power too!!!!! This is getting out of hand. Evelynn has around a 50% win rate which should be the ideal balance state that a champion can reach.

However, Lux was around 50% win rate and you see what Riot did to her. Lux is now happily sitting at a 55% win rate, while Eve is getting nerfed to ****.

She struggles to even complete 3 buff camps early since the Q nerf. What does Riot want from us now! 3 buff camps too much?! Well, now you can only clear krugs and red WITH a leash. This is pure insanity.

The stupid part about this nerf is though, is that there are no Vayne nerfs on the PBE addressing her early game power as well. Vayne is allowed to get a super safe early game with extreme safeness and dueling potential in the laning phase. Of course Riot fails to even acknowledge this and decides to only give Evelynn 2 camps to clear before she has to back.

Ok Riot, we see you're playing favorites. If you give us two champions, one with a crappy early game and one with a safe early game and you nerf the champion with the crappy early game, you need to get your balancing together.
