With the gutting of Windspeaker's Blessing and Deathfire Touch... I have seen a massive rise of Thunderlord's Decree.

It will be nerfed, but the question is, how hard?

I think they need to make the masteries they nerfed last patch not garbage but they're probably going to wreck thunderlord's usability.

base damage 10-180 -->10-95 now only generates one stack per attack/spell items like luden's no longer generate thunderlord's stacks AoE radius increased from 0 to 1

Where did u got this info? I don't know why they are gutting all the keystones... I mean then all the changes they did to the base masteries (being weak af) make no sense at all... rito's logic seriusly.

Bingo. That is almost guaranteed to be the nerf that is coming... there are so many skills that will add multiple stacks of TLD...
