Alright Riot why do you ignore him?

Has been in a bad spot since FOREVER, there was a time he was a solid pick, back in season 3 and you trashed him with nerfs for seeing one week of play in the LCS. After that he saw some play like in season 3 worlds, where Genja played him a bit. Since then he's been on and off the competitive scene. I don't really care if he sees competitive play, considering how much if differs from the actual soloq which is what 99.9% of the players play.

Alright, then you proceed and release , the last nail in the coffin, a champion that outperforms Varus in every department, DPS? Jinx does it better, Steroids? Jinx's are 100% better, Burst?, Range? Poke? Animations? EVEN MOBiLITY? you name it she has. I mean, at least Ashe and Kog maw fill some niches that Jinx can't.

Then UoL discovered he was a strong pick in the mid lane. Varus found a home in mid lane where he can function well as a poke/utility caster, and EVEN now he has fallen off a bit of the mid lane meta (though he is still decent and works well) and personally poke bot Varus is not the healthiest thing either, poke champs can be extremely oppressive and Varus is no exception. However this is about ADcarry Varus.

So here comes the actual question. Why is he ignored? why do you even decide to buff the likes of (PBE, a minor buff yet it's still a buff) who's been out of the meta for a couple of months. who isn't even in the strongest place and still sees regular play, who isn't even close to being unviable and is still favored in pro play, EVEN who dominated bot lane for over a year (EVEN though he did need the buffs why does he get them before Varus?)

Is it because he is not flashy like your poster children Lee Sin and Zed? You think his kit is not healthy to be viable as ADC? (Would be funny if that was the case when is allowed to be viable) Why Riot?

Why is it that when and get reworks there's no mention of Varus? I mean Ashe who was considered trash tier had better pickrate and winrate than Varus ever had in high elo (Now don't get me wrong, she needed that rework, and i love playing her)

I now he's not the worst champion this game has, but even those that Riot acknowledge as bad champions are in line for reworks or Riot has mentioned plans for them. So why is Varus kept in the dark as if he was that child you're ashamed of?
