Ashe win rate didn't change

that's because blade of the ruined king got buffed and she's one of the strongest user of it

Ashe got more hurt by the IE change than anything else.

Her passive cannot go over 100% crit bonus damage, so she basically straight up lost tons of damage.

Sivir should be using new ER just fine. Ashe should have only lost a small amount of power from it.

What actually hurt Ashe was the crit nerfs.

Xayah and Sivir I think can use the new ER just fine, the problem is the rest of the crit changes completely overnerfed them.

Xayah can't use new ER passive, as she wants to save her ult for peel, instead of at the start of the fight

its called adaptation, you now need to find what runes and items work best on them and build that way just because you can't build them the way they were, doesn't mean they are bad

They are backlogged atm since 8.10 so its too early to ask for adc adjustments when they haven't even buffed non duelist junglers so they are viable on Scuttle Crab Rift.
