just why?. he was already a problem back then and got nerfed last year because hes so damn sticky for as tat ball champion. jax as a stun. xin zhao has 2 slows and a knockup that lasts 0.75 seconds and he does more damage.

xxxDogmanxxx1 votesHis total slow duration did not increase. His point-and-click E used to slow for 2 whole seconds, now it only slows for 0.5 seconds. The missing 1.5 seconds, they put into his skillshot W.
Also, he actually objectively does LESS overall damage compared to pre-rework. His passive damage, his Q damage, and his E damage were all nerfed.
The only reason his win rate is so high is because the Xin mains who could use such a simple champion as Xin Zhao in high elo were given a bit of new utility. Plus the ADC meta, when it makes sense that someone who can deny their damage for a few seconds would obviously do well.
