You know i think nasus going into his late game as soon as lvl 9 wasant a good idea.

He can get his Q to 1s cd way too early on, you can kill him twice and then he just gets to lvl 9 + some cdr, withers you ults and mashes Q until you dies.

This is just stupid, no way in hell his rank 1 ult should give him 50% cdr on Q, maybe at rank 3 but hes just scaling way too early, "just win before he hits lvl 9" is also not an option unless his whole team afks.
