Realistically, Kayle will dumpster dive Illaoi. She can poke Illaoi out of lane, and the tentacles won't do shit. Her W gives her insane heal when there's only 2 points put into it, as well as negate the slow from Illaoi's tentacle grab to maneuver out of her range. The rest can be spent maxing out her E so she has a constant long range spam auto attack. And if shit really hits the fan with everyone dropping their ults, Kayle, at full build can easily grab a pentakill within the time frame of her invulnerability.

Honestly, Kayle comes out on top because she puts on far more lane pressure than Illaoi is capable of. Her kit counters Illaoi's very effectively.

Yep kayles 1% playrate definitly shows she comes out on top.

She has 3.65% playrate actually across all 3 roles, and her toplane playrate is 1.97%. What's your point? Playrate has nothing to do with beating a matchup.

I think the only weak champs are Urgot and aatrox. The only OP is yasuo in my opinion.

The only one who has more DPS than him is Cassiopeia, but she doesn't have as strong as a finishing move.

Karthus DPS is pretty low if you stand in minions, or just outrange him because he has pretty meh movespeed and limited range. On top of that his ultimate is useless in a fight unless he is already dead.

Karthus is meh and outclassed in most cases and hard countered too much to matter for most games. Azir is just bad. Kayle is sort of a feast or famine, but she's decent for those that can play her well. Shen is just bad right now.

Azir is bad in the sense that his kit requires tons of mana and a huge learning curve for learning how to use his soldiers correctly. He is one of the most mobile and Bursty champs in the game, but only because of his soldiers. Also his Ult has some cool applications and can force your opponents to disengage, but that's pretty much it. His AAs suck, he's an obligatory one-trick, and he has a terrible Early Game against pretty much any champ with any sort of mobility. Kayle is actually pretty awesome. An instant self-or-ally invincibility, a Slow, a speed increase, and an ability that increases her range and lets her do crazy DPS? The only reason you'd ever feed is because of a champ like Fizz with incredible mobility or because you're getting too much aggro. Or you just suck. Karthus flips the bird and ults your team to infinity. Shen is only somewhat bad because he was nerfed for Worlds. I think they said they'll revert him once it's over.

EDIT: Scratch that Kayle bull. She's awesome in her moments but she's a severely outdated Champ that needs a rework. Riot can't even decide if she wants to be a Carry or Support, she doesn't even use her basic attacks normally because her E is so much better.
