And her kit is purely toxic, yet been allowed for years to remain the same. All her spells require 1.2brain cell to be casted yet are too rewarding. And yes, this is what I consider "toxic", being too rewarding for no effort involved.

"Oh you flashed in and out-played me ? Lol I just self-cast R and you're knocked up, then I click on you and you're stunned, enjoy dying."

But heck, as long as it allows this balance team to keep climbing out of gold, I can still dream about this tard champ being gutted

PS: Shield lasts 6 sec and CD is 10 sec

To be fair, lux shield can affect multiple champs. And it shields for more damage than lulu's. Plus the fact that lux buys ap, thus scaling better than lulu's.

I disagree. There is a lot of skill in choosing whether to cast a spell on ally or enemy. Especially for the speed boost or polymorph. If you think she's too good, how about you pick her yourself?

I like how a 1/9 lulu can totally negate a 4/0 velkoz by pressing her ult on her hyper carry adc and just win games. And riot wonders why everyone is quitting.

the cd and duration of her shield are actually not that relevant when it comes to damage negation since it gets broken in the first few seconds of a fight anyway. What´s more important though is how long you can keep your onhit passive on your adc. With enough cdr pretty much indefinitely, which is stupid imo. With all the mana regen you inevitably buy you can spam your E whenever it´s up without repercussion. no mana costs, no cdr and a long ass duration leaves you with only your W as the only ability you occasionally have to think about before casting it, because to be honest your R is basically another shield you can fall back on when your first shield proves to be insufficient. sure u can make great interruptions with your R and W, but tbh casting your W + E + R on your adc and watch him walk off into the sunset is more than enough for say 85% of your games.

lulu definitely has a skill-ceiling like every champ has, but her skill floor is so pathetically low, that I can fully understand why so many people are frustrated with her.
