If you fed him to the point where he can actually do that, then you deserve to lose.
How is he proccing electrocute if he missed all of his skillshots?
The difficult thing is playing Zed and not outplaying people. His kit is retarded and way too safe for an asassin.
When people play safe they really mean don't die to Zed.
"But mein last hits! I need gold!"
You can sacrifice like 150g to prevent Zed from getting 300g. It will be hell in the early game but at the end when you're 2/1/18 or whatever, you can feel proud that you didn't feed and still won. Or at least have been able to handle Zed solo.
But aside from that, I don't know what class you played to lose vs him, but just know that of the 140 champs out there, there are options to counter zed. Some are super unconventional. But if it works it works. If your teammates ping at you then they're meta slaves. If you played solely a mage or assassin mid against zed, then you too are a meta slave.
tl;dr if you wanna win you gotta not give a shit about peer pressure.

If he can do that he must be at least 2-3 levels above you and ultra fed, and in this state you shouldn't wonder anymore that Assassins can do something like that against a squishy.
