Junglers, Supports and S
Why do you need to get CS to earn an S? Junglers don't get that much CS. Supports get looked down on for taking CS! Going 19/1/11 with at least four towers as a Nocturne should outweigh the 100 cs I got.

You don't necessarily need cs to earn an S, you just need to do comparably or better than others on the same champ in the same role.
As a result, junglers/supports will need significantly less cs than their laning counterparts in order to get a good grade.
Don't forget warding is also a factor.
I'm just saying, they shouldn't be such immense factors.
But are they? You don't necessarily know what it was that was the biggest factor in hold you back. Maybe people were getting more cs and/or warding more, or maybe people were just managing even more kills/kill participation/objective participation.
For popular champs, particularly ones favoured at high elos, getting S ranks can require pretty crazy scores, since those high elo gods are there churning out those god tier performances.

CS influence greatly your ranking even more than CS so 250 CS and a decent KDA is better than 100 cs and a monstrous KDA. Also for junglers seem to take into considerations ward dropping so consider getting a trackers
