Bring back Malady.....

Long story shot, Malady got split into the 2 items we know today as . It was too strong at the time and meta so riot decided to split it.

But in this day and age with damage at an all time high, Malady would fit right into the fray of this specific type of riot crazy.

+80 ability power +50% attack speed 20% cdr Passive Unique: Your basic attacks deal 15 + 10% AP bonus magic damage. Unique: Your basic attacks reduce enemy magic resistance by 5 for 8 seconds (maximum 8 stacks). 3800gold

I know this looks op, but with that new fighter it Spear of Shojin, a lot of on hit builds are going to have a hard time.
