I think he did. lol.

I actually like some of the changes, such as the change to his Q which made him weaker in lane, but stronger late game. With the change to the E, it was defiantly needed, but it did make him weaker. His W is close to useless, usually used to waveclear (how unique) which I do not recommend, since you need to be farming with your Q and spending mana to miss Q farm is generally a bad idea. They just tried to put as much power into his ultimate by taking power from other areas of his abilities. It's not a smart way of balancing a champion.

Where did I say that he was bad?

Having a stupid kit doesn't mean a champ is bad. He's good when he gets going 100%, but his kit is so out of sync.

I feel like you laughed at people that made the exact same comment. A lot of people are mostly upset now how veigar has 4 great stand alone abilities. But they are held together by nothing but Riots lack of caring. You are not going to string abilities together. And even if you claim you didn't shut down people that made this exact point, making a post about how awesome new Veigar is actually hurt his chances of seeing change. Especially since you were one of the more vocal individuals about how his new kit is just bad. Your change of heart and now switching back again makes it hard to take you seriously.

riot said, they will rework veigar into a support soon, because stun can win teamfight and it doesnt scale with ap, so they want to push this idea further with gaining ap when ALLIES kills an unit.
