So lately I've been noticing a lack of Veigar's laugh every time I play him. I was curious enough to test this on my own just now.
I just got out of the custom game testing this. Farmed Q a bit, and made the bot fiddle low enough for my ult to last hit; it killed him, but Veigar didn't laugh.
Please fix this, Riot.
Riot, I don't play Veigar a lot but this bug seems 100% gamebreaking. I support the fixing of this bug ASAP.

I don't even play Veigar and this is important to me. I HAVE A MIGHTY NEED FOR THAT LAUGH. ITS JUST INSANE ENOUGH TO LOVE.

YEAH! I WANT THAT BACK, I KNEW THERE WAS SOMETHING MISSING. Seriously though, I fell in love with the champion because of how maniacally cute he is, while still being the one to install fear into their APC. I don't have most of his skins for nothing, pleaserino add it back, spamming CTRL+4 doesn't feel as good, ;c.
The laugh was too demoralizing to the enemy team. Nerfed.
Though, did he always laugh when his ultimate killed an enemy unit or was it just a chance he would laugh? I didn't play him much outside ARAM so I forget the specifics.

I enjoyed it so much being killed as veigar. His laugh just keeps me from raging. Tbh his laugh beats lux's ass.
If this is true, then expect Riot to not bring back the laugh because they're a bunch of fucking carebears.

As one of my top 3 favorite mid lane champs, I would be quite sad if this isn't fixed
Probably some over sensitive drama queen reported that Veigar laughing after he killed someone was to toxic and threatened to kill him self if Riot didn't change it because he suffers from depression issues.
Zed laughs even if his ult doesn't kill anyone. Come on Riot, its only fair Veigar gets the evil laugh if he can kill someone with his ult :c
