I hate that some champions get away with being too strong because almost nobody plays them. and others get to be relatively weak because too many people play them
I don't know why would it have to do with balance. but apparently it does.
Opposite. Majority plays busted champions because they become a mandatory in a snowballish season like this one.
If you main something that isn't played much, there is a point where you look buffs for a champion and you think that is little over the top and too much for a buff. Then you see them adding another buff next patch. [slayer-jinx-unamused]
The only problem is that it is annoying to see something strong or good in the meta be overplayed.
